Our team representatives collect verbal consent during phone calls or in-person interactions using the following script:

“Hi, we’re sending SMS updates for Dallas-Nepalese XI with match schedules and team announcements. Would you like to receive those text alerts? Message and data rates may apply.”

When consent is provided, we record the name, phone number, and date/time in our internal log for compliance.
